“MP Requests” is a cloud-based service of MPsoftware that allows send the maintenance requests to the MP program from any mobile device.

When reporting a maintenance request from a mobile device with “MP Requests”, this request is registered on the MP program database, keeping the maintenance manager instantly informed on any request or eventuality. Also, you can attach a photo with the description of the fault or maintenance request.

“MP Requests” is free for all users of the MP version 10 Enterprise edition. The Requests Service of the MP can be used for an unlimited number of users to report maintenance requests thru the “MP Requests” app.

“MP Requests” works only with the MP version 10 Enterprise edition. If you have purchased MP Basic or MP Professional, first of all, you must upgrade the MP program version to the MP Enterprise edition in order to use “MP Requests”.
